SPECIAL FEATURES

*All trailers are equipped with proper Safety Chains (all chains have spring loaded hooks, are attached with a special bracket so no chain links are welded on and they also meet or exceed the GVWR of the model of trailer).

*Most all Car Hauler and Utility style trailers are painted black under the fenders for a really sharp automotive appearance.

*All models except 12CHS are standard with 2" "WOLMANIZED" treated pine floors.

*Wiring protected in metal conduit on most models.

*The Model 12CHS, Workhorse Dumps and Fleetneck I Beam Trailers are now standard equipped with a sealed modular wiring harness.

*Any trailer 80" wide or wider overall has the REQUIRED overall width marker lights (fender mounted front & back).

*Alko Cambered Axles assure straight tracking and maximum tire life.

*Electric Brakes and break-away switch with battery on all Tandem axle trailers.

*New ST or LT tires properly rated to the GAWR of the model.

*Trailers receive grinding and smoothing where necessary with metal corners rounded.

*All trailers are electric wire brushed, HOT water high presure washed with a phosphatizing etching cleaner and then the trailer frame only, (no floor) is moved to one of our spray booths to be primed all over then receive 2 topcoats of high quality Valspar Supreme Acrylic Enamel.

*Jacks bolted on, on most models for ease of replacement if the jack is ever damaged. When jacks are installed on A frame couplers a bottom support plate is utilized for maximum vertical strength.

*The standard "Wolmanized" wood floor is installed as one of the last processes in the finishing stages of all trailers (after paint). This insures that the tops of cross-members & metal framework are primed and this also gives the floor a professional appearance (no overspray or paint on the wood floor.
